- Successfully developed a 3-year global (APAC) IT infrastructure strategy, aligned with strategic objectives. Consulting with business stakeholders assessing business requirements, ascertaining IT capabilities to support ongoing needs and facilitating agreement amongst stakeholders at board level to gain acceptance.
- Responsible for the delivery of an aggressive programme of work, across the IT Infrastructure environment. The programme of work is aligned with the strategic business plan and addresses key initiatives for the future and eliminates some elements of risk that are present. This programme of work provides the foundation for future business growth and enables business alignment strategies. These projects were delivered ahead of schedule and on budget.

- Established a group wide Disaster Recovery Strategy and Plan
- Delivered the implementation of Cisco UCS verified infrastructure into the production and DR data centres, replacing an aging and capacity impacted core processing environment
- Delivered the upgrade of VMWare
- Consolidated the ACT data centre into the primary Sydney based data centre.
- Delivered the Production Data replication to the DR environment
- Delivered the consolidation of backup strategies to one standardised process.
